Under no circumstances shall FT3X™, its employees or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result in any way from your use or inability to use the information provided on this or any other web site supported or maintained by FT3X™, or from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the web site or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance. The ultimate intent of FT3X™ is to connect FaceTime™ device owners around the world, allowing them to experience the magic that is FaceTime™. Currently, for this to occur, your FaceTime™ ID (phone number or email address depending on your device), must be shared with the other party.

Note: Your FaceTime™ ID is only accessible to other users while you are logged in to the FT3X™ service. Upon log out, this information will be non-accessible to other online users.

FT3X™ and Your Privacy

At FT3X™, we respect your right to privacy and we understand that users of FT3X™ web site need to be in control of their personal information. "Personal information" includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. By signing up, you agree to the Privacy Policy noted herein.

1. Collection of Information

Certain applications on FT3X™ web site may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to use our services. Such personal information would only be shared with third parties within the realms of the web site's intent. To better understand the needs of our web site users, we may also request demographic information. FT3X™ or our partners may occasionally present a special contest or promotion on its web site or through email that is sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information.

4. Financial information

FT3X™ will protect the personal financial information that you share with us (if any pay service is ever adopted). If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our web servers. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.

We do not solicit personal information from children. Users must be 18 years or older to utilize the FT3X™ service. Registering with a fraudulent age will result in the termination of your account.

8. Abuse

We do our best to keep FT3X™ safe. However, we will need your help to maintain a friendly user environment. With that said, we ask you as our users to follow the guidelines that we have set forth below for the FT3X™ community:

You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on FT3X™.
You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access FT3X™, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing of any kind on FT3X™.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code to FT3X™ or send such code to any user.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else unless given permission by such party.
You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
You will not use the availability of a users phone number or FaceTime™ ID (ie: e-mail) to harass, hassle or otherwise bother any user.
You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or contains any child pornography; incites violence; or contains child nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence by any medium (ie: profile picture, status, any live FaceTime™ call, etc.), on FT3X™.
You will not use FT3X™ to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of FT3X™, such as a denial of service attack.
You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
You will not engage in anything related to, portraying or otherwise similar to child pornography.

Failure to comply with the guidelines that have been set forth will result in either:

A written warning via e-mail.
Immediate termination of your FT3X™ account.
Complete IP Ban from all FT3X™ sites.
